OUR HIRING PROCESS

At Alps, you’re more than just an employee. You’re part of a family. Because we value each and every member of the Alps family, we strive to create a safe and positive work culture. We also offer competitive benefits and plenty of room for career growth.

We are always on the lookout for quality people who know the importance of hard work and excellent customer service.

1.

Resume Review

Our HR team will review your resume. If we like what we see, we'll give you a call!

2.

Initial Interview

A member of our HR team will give you a call to do an initial interview. A phone interview typically lasts 30 minutes.

3.

In-Person Interview

If we think you're a great candidate, we'll conduct an in-person interview. This typically lasts one hour.

4.

Final Decision

We will make a final decision shortly after the in-person interview and send you a response as quickly as possible.

5.

Background Check

If you are offered a position, your employment will be contingent on a successful result of a criminal background check and drug screen.
